We are using a new online service called Register with a GP that makes it easy to register with this GP surgery.

Just fill in the quick online form to start the process. You do not need proof of address or immigration status, ID or an NHS number.

The service is designed and run by the NHS, so your personal information is safe. It cuts our administrative workload and makes it easier for you to register.

Once we have registered you as a patient our administration team will book you in with a practice nurse for a new patient medical as it can take several weeks for your records to be transferred over to us.

We advise if you are registering with us, please make sure you have enough medication from your previous practice as your medical will be the following week and we will not issue any medication until you have completed the new patient medical.
